After receiving the goods, if there are any problems or need guidance:
• Contact the support unit.
• In case of technical problems, warranty and service conditions will be checked.
• It is possible to receive training and setup for some equipment.

• It is possible to return goods only if the product has not been used and is in the original packaging.
• Customized and manufactured goods according to the customer's request are not eligible for return or exchange.
