Shipping and delivery of goods

In Talayehdaran Tahiz Sanat Zarrineh, according to the type of product, the geographical location of the customer and the amount of the order, the shipping method is chosen in a precise and coordinated manner so that the product reaches its destination in the shortest time and with the greatest safety.

Our shipping methods are:

Suitable for heavy and bulky equipment such as pumps, thickeners and hydrocyclones.

Before shipping, the products are prepared and insured with durable industrial packaging.

For bulk or project orders, it is possible to ship directly from the warehouse or factory to the project site.

Coordinating the timing and unloading of the goods is done with the Zarrineh logistics unit.

Lighter parts such as liners, polyurethane laces or accessories are shipped via tipax or courier.

The shipment tracking code will be provided to the customer immediately.

Customers can pick up their order in person if they wish, with prior coordination.

Note: All shipments are made after approval by the sales department and quality control. The approximate delivery time varies between 1 to 5 working days depending on the destination.
